If you haven’t yet seen the Frontline eipisode titled, “Diet Wars” you should really make it a point to do so.  It’a a real eye opener.  And here, I’ll make it easy for you…just follow this link and you can watch it online right now.  And if you don’t have time now, be sure to make some time to do it.

Especially if you have children and you’re letting them eat the so called “food” they serve at school.  You’ll be purchasing them a lunch box this Sunday and making their lunches next year every day.
