5 Women Find Lasting Secret to Youth, Vitality, Post-Menopausal Zest and Being a Strong, Assertive Fit Women into their 60s, 70s and 80s…

Watch the amazing video above!

5 amazing women find the path they’ve been searching for and become hopeful about aging. And now they want to share it with you. Here are their stories…

It’s important to point out that these five women are just like you. They have the same responsibilities that all women in our culture share of motherhood, caretaker, role model, business owner, professional career women, and maybe a few others that you could add yourself.

They struggled just like many women do to keep their life in balance while caring for loved ones, and attempting to fulfill honorably in all other areas of their life. And with this pursuit comes stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and ultimately a lack of care for themselves directly.

Life goes on and one day they realize that though their role has been an extremely important one, their health and vitality are suffering as a result.

“I was always second on the list. I’m an extremely busy professional women, wife, mother, and have lots of responsibilities in my life. I was looking for a way to find more balance.” Charlene Said.

Joan had always been able to eat anything she wanted and get away with very little exercise and never followed an expert plan when it came to keeping herself fit and healthy. “One day, that changed.” Joan said. “I was getting older and I reached the point where I started putting weight on and everything else I tried wasn’t helping me.”

Instinctively, Joan knew that what she really needed was an expert plan that she could follow. “I was on a path that I knew was not healthy and I decided that enough was enough!”

Sound familiar?

Here’s what Joan is saying now…

“For the first time in my life I feel like this is something that I can do for a long time. This is the way my life is going to be. This is how I’m going to age. I’m so much more hopeful now about aging because John has shown me the path and I can see it clearly.”

Imagine what it would be like to actually be younger next year. Imagine what it would be like to personally experience what Joan, Charlene, Anne, Kasha and Lolly talk about in the video above.

You could start right now! Or at least start by watching that video posted above this article.

You probably know that once you hit the age of about 35 to 40, your body begins losing bone and muscle tissue at an average rate of about 1% per year.

This is in large part the reason that so many women (maybe even you), are 30 pounds or more overweight. Without that extra lean tissue, your body’s ability to burn calories, and especially fat, is literally being crippled.

You can choose to ignore this scientific truth until you are about 50 old, but at that point, your body goes in one of two directions. You either start exercising aerobically, doing strength training, and start eating right so that you can thrive well into your 80s.

Or, you begin the slow and ugly process of wearing out. You begin sinking deeper and deeper into that recliner or rocking chair, feeling your bones creak, your muscles ache, and your body moving less and less in the direction you want it to. And worst of all your mind and your memory disintegrate right along with your body. You see, all that regular exercise also helps prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s too.

The more you let yourself go, the harder it becomes to do something about it. The harder it becomes to undo the neglect.

The good news is that it’s never too late. Just ask any one of these five women and they will be happy to share with you their story of transformation as it continues to unfold.

You’re intelligent enough to know that I’m right. The real question is whether or not you will actually act on your expert knowledge. What if you simply picked up the phone right now and gave me a call. No strings attached, just a conversation about where you are today, and where you want to be.

Just picture yourself one year from now, younger, leaner, fitter, and twice as energetic as you are right now. Full of that “Post Menopausal Zest” Anne talks about in the video. It really is possible. All you have to do is make the choice right now to act!

Imagine what might be possible for you if you joined these women in their pursuit of peak health. How much more could you accomplish in your life with the help of a guided expert system designed to provide you with the three most important ingredients necessary for lasting personal transformation?

Even if you simply came in to have a conversation about your health and fitness…how much better might that make you feel about the truth, which is that you can’t ignore the importance of regular exercise, supportive eating, guided support, and effective stress management.

You can for awhile, and sooner or later it catches up with you like it did for these four women. At that point in your life, you find yourself feeling lost, afraid, and unsure of the next step, yet knowing for sure that you must do something about it. The next step is to make a phone call and schedule a private consultation with me so that we can discuss everything that is possible for you. Whether your decide to work with me and my staff or not, your life depends on it…

PS  Below are a few of the comments that came from Women’s Night last week.  We really had a good time…

“Hi Joan,

Thank-you for inviting me to the Fitness Nomad. I was impressed.
Being a life long member to larger facilities, I could sense the more
intimate approach that Nomad offers.

All of you did a great job presenting, discussing, and answering
questions. I also have come to the realization that working out now
is a lot different than when I was in my 30’s and early 40’s. Listening
to my body has become more important!

I will definitely consider this option closer to the fall. Thanks again, Tracey”

“John - I think last night was fabulous and wanted to say thank you for letting
me be a part of it. You are truly blessed with a true ‘community’ (a Fitness Nomad Pod!)
of clients passionate about your studio and their own fitness and well being.
It was great to see the event come together as it did last night. I can only hope
there will be more similar evenings in the Nomad’s future . . .Thank you!” Kasia Aylward
